Welcome to Share it Sunday!

Another fabulous week has come and gone now as we approach the last week of February!

It has been a beautiful weekend. I don’t know what the weather is supposed to be like for everyone else in the upcoming week, but we will see some cold weather again here in Houston.

In prep for a potential week or upcoming weekend inside, I am going to kick off Share it Sunday with a Round-up.

5 Weekend DIY Projects

And now to this week’s features!!

Each week, when we choose the links to feature, we try to include a well-rounded representation of all the link-ups: a little decor/DIY, some crafting, and of course something that all of us ‘foodies’ can enjoy! We continue to enjoy all of the links and are continually amazed at the creativity of all of YOU!!

First up this week is ‘Puddy’s House’ with an awesome makeover! Leslie has transformed some chairs and as the title of her post puts it, they went from ‘Ugly to Pretty’! You’ve just got to visit this post and see the before and after!

And, speaking of makeovers! Don’t you just love it when someone gives an absolutely non-decorative item new life as an awesome piece of functional furniture? That’s just what Michelle from Weekend Craft did! Check out the before and after. And y’all. She used fabric and paint and polycrylic to make this piece a very durable and functional addition to her craft room!

For those of us who just love a gorgeously decorated home (and who doesn’t?), here’s a peek at Tamyra’s beautiful home at Positively Southern!

Last, but not least, is a treat for the senses! Katie at Keep it Simple Sweetie is observing February’s Heart Month with this yummy heart-healthy salad. Almost a chutney, this flavorful salad could also serve as a topping for grilled chicken or fish! YUM!!
