Day 16: What I have Learned Thus Far

What have I learned thus far…half way through this exercise?!?

I have learned….

…that it takes a lot to write on the same theme for this many days straight. That is for sure.

…its not always fun having to dig deep into your soul. Here and there isn’t too bad, but as a daily exercise?!?! It can take a toll because you are forced to see the good, bad and the ugly every day! There were a few days that it was tough.

…I do have a lot of support….more than I had thought.

…how people see and what think of me. Some were confirmations and others, great to learn.

…I still am not much further in determining what to do with what I have uncovered thus far…how to capitalize on my experiences, etc.

…doing this alone isn’t easy and that I am glad that I have someone like John to help me figure this out.

…many more people wish that they would either take the time or have the desire to go through this exercise themselves.

…how courageous this truly is of me to both go through this exercise in such a format and that I am even taking the time and have the desire to evaluate myself and attempt to improve me. Most people are afraid to see what they might uncover of themselves.

I still have more to go so at the end of the 31 Days, I will go back and add to this list! Hopefully it will be even longer.
