What are the Best Running Shoes?
Do you know? Do you have a pair that you love?
Believe it or not, I have been running in a pair from Columbia.

I originally bought these for my trip to Hawaii as I was doing kayaking and hiking in one activity and wanted shoes that could be worn both in water and could be used to hike in. They were awesome.
Then I get home and I’m like…when am I ever going to wear these again?!?! So I have a pair of running shorts and shirt that I bought to match and I now wear them when I run with that outfit.
Are they the best running shoe? I don’t know. But they work. And they match! Hey…I was a fashion merchandising major. 🙂
Obviously I don’t wear the same outfit every day so they are not my everyday running shoes.
Primarily I wear my New Balance running shoes that I bought a year or two ago.
I couldn’t find them for this post very easily. However, you can click here to see on Ebay. I love these…definitely my favorite…so light and comfortable.

I am Grateful for these 3 Things today…
1. Running. Unless I drive a good distance to go to the gym, this is the easiest form of exercise for me.
2. Running Shoes. I am glad that I have a good pair.
3. Iphone/Itunes. Always a necessity when I run! Although…I would love to know your workout music choices. I am in desperate need of a new playlist.
