This week, I am starting…
The 21 Day Challenge
And I am excited. I am so ready to lose weight. I can’t seem to shake these pounds off after Mattias.
With Emma it took me 3 years to even really get started and then a year or so to lose it. Before Emma, I was a size 0/2. After Emma 6/8 (although I never bought am 8…just sucked it up and fit into a 6). Prior to getting pregnant with Mattias, I was back down to a 0/2. Now I am a 4/6.
I don’t have to get to a 0/2 again but definitely a 2/4. So its not like I have a lot to lose. But enough such that I need some help.
Beachbody has this program in which you exercise, eat more healthy and drink these shakes.
I cannot wait. I am so looking forward to starting. What am I waiting for? My friend. We are kick starting the program with the 3 Day Refresh and she hasn’t received hers yet. Once she does though, we are off!
I have started the Shakeology and the running already and I feel good. Ok…I am sore so I didn’t run today, but I will run again tomorrow. I mean, would you run if when you coughed, your sides hurt? I did yesterday, but not today. Need a break.

The 3 Things I am Grateful today are…
1. My health. Even though I want to lose weight, I am so glad that I have decent health which will allow me to participate in programs such as the 21 Day Challenge.
2. Running. I didn’t always run but it does give me quiet time and enable me to zone out for a few. And when you don’t live close to a gym, its one of the only options. So I am glad that I can run.
3. My children. Even though they are the reason why I put on the pounds, they are a blessing and I am so thankful I have had to lose weight or get healthy after them because its better than the alternative…not having them.
