Coming Home
When I get home, Emma greets me with a million hugs and kisses. Ok…maybe not a million but quite a few of them. I love them. And her hugs! Awesome!
Mattias, in his own way, gets a bit excited as well, if I’m not home too late. His smile lights up and he crawls to me to pick him up.
Spike is usually jumping up and down begging met to pet him.
And then there is Andreas. He usually seems the least excited, but deep down, I know he is thrilled to have me back home. Now he can have a break from the kids and having to multi-task (not a strength for him…but aren’t most guys one task kinda men?).
However they greet me, its just great to be home!!!
So today I am grateful for…
1. Emma’s hugs and kisses…just her pure excitement.
2. Sleeping in my own bed.
3. Andreas…a good man who take such great care of our children and of me!
