Welcome to Share It Sunday {22}!
Its Live NOW!!!!
I apologize that the party is late here at Denise Designed today. It’s been a long few weeks for me. I have been sick and can’t seem to kick it. It’s slowly getting better and hope to provide some reasons why soon. So please bare with me, join in the party and keep coming back. Thank you so much!! And I appreciate your support and understanding.
Additionally…I just realized that Share it Sunday {21} never went live on my blog last week. I am so sorry for that as well. I did just publish it. And I am sure that my not going live affected the size. Please know that I am so sorry!!
I hope this week was a a better one for you, than it obviously was for me, and you’re enjoying some relaxation time as you are here to party with us. While kicking your heels up, check out some springtime inspiration from Share It Sunday 21. There are a lot of great ideas, projects, crafts, recipes and home decor ideas to welcome springtime. Grab a drink and check out the creativity.
I did not post this week so I am featuring another host, Michele from Our Rosey Life, rather than something from me.
She was so excited to participate in the Easter and Spring Decor Showcase this week. There were 20 awesome ideas for Easter decor and projects. She shared an Easter Alleluia banner, which is part of her family’s Kindness Tree and Spring Mantel. Here’s a sneak peek.
And now let’s appreciate a few of the really creative projects and ideas from Share It Sunday {21}!
With Easter so close, this week we featured Easter Inspiration!
Laura and Angela from About A Mom shared how to make Easter egg artwork from beautiful paper. You know how I love a paper project! With their great step by step instructions, you can make one too… even with leftover paper scraps. This would be perfect for sitting on the Easter buffet as part of your Easter brunch decor. PRETTY!
Now let’s think about decorating the Easter table. Robin from Redo It Yourself Inspirations created the most unique and original Easter eggs. She shares a terrific tutorial on how she made each one. I think it would be really special to use Robin’s techniques and personalize an egg for each guest at your Easter brunch. BEAUTIFUL!
Will there be children at your Easter brunch? Katie from a View From the Fridge made the sweetest Easter baby animals – a bunny, lamb and chick with a toilet paper roll as the base. This is a perfect project to make with the kiddos and she shares a simple and easy tutorial on how to make them. Can you totally see these as part of your Easter tablescape at each child’s place setting? I can. ADORABLE!
Let’s round out your Easter tablescape with napkin rings. Erika from Living Frugal with Erika created layered felt flower napkin rings and she shares her “how tos”, so you can make them too. They really add a breath of spring to the table. DELIGHTFUL!
Why should the bunnies be the only creatures to enjoy carrots? Joy from Yesterfood makes the most yummy carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and I can’t wait to try her recipe. This would be a perfect way to end Easter brunch. DELICIOUS!
