Another week! But what’s special about this one?
Other than its a new week of…
Share it Sunday
Officially we welcomed the First Day of Spring!!! How exciting. I am hoping that means some beautiful weather now. As you all know…I am ready for it.
So Happy Spring and Welcome!!!!
Looking for some springtime inspiration be sure to check out the links from Share It Sunday 19. There are a lot of great ideas, projects, crafts, recipes and home decor ideas to welcome springtime. Grab a glass of iced tea and check out the creativity from blogland.
Of course, as hosts, we don’t link up our projects, but one that shared this week here on my blog was my Spring Porch, Wreaths and Table.
It was all part of a full week of Spring into Spring Link Parties. You can check out some great inspiration there!
And now let’s appreciate a few of the really creative projects and ideas from Share It Sunday {19}!
There’s no place like home and nothing more special than family. Home is where we create so many wonderful family memories. In the projects featured this week, you can see the love that went into each of them for family and home.
Katie from a View From the Fridge shares her a-m-a-z-i-n-g kitchen transformation. I think a white kitchen is beautiful and classic. I think her light fixtures are really cool and the open shelving makes me swoon. You need to see the before pictures to truly appreciate her hard work to transform her kitchen and eating space. GORGEOUS!
Penny from Penny’s Treasures has a potting shed. Wouldn’t you l-o-v-e to have a potting shed! My garden would be even more glorious if I had a potting shed like Penny’s. It must be heaven to work in and is full of whimsy and function. Recently she repurposed a chest of drawers and how she potted them with flowers is lovely. WONDERFUL!
Lauren from The Thinking Closet is a creative genius! Check out the uber-cool pallet headboard she and her husband made. Not only does Lauren share how to make the pallet headboard with thorough pictures and instructions, she even shares her sources (shhhh….) on where to find pallets and what makes a good pallet. BRILLIANT!
With Easter next month, I think the Easter bunny burlap canvas Gail from Purple Hues and Me made is perfect. She shares a great tutorial on how to make your own canvas and I think this would be easily adaptable to a burlap table runner too. DELIGHTFUL!
For more Easter goodness, the ladies from Huckleberry Love made ribbon wrapped carrot hair clips for their little girls. Aren’t the hair clips sweet? They shared a great tutorial, so you can make them. For sure, you’re little girl will love them too. ADORABLE!

I’m loving all the spring inspiration too, Denise!
Our snow is finally melting away and if we look hard we just might find a bit of green emerging from the depths of the earth. 😉
