This week, thus far, I have shared my Blog Goals
AND
How to DIY a Dry Erase Board
and a Vision Board.
The Dry Erase Board is where I will capture my goals so that I can see them on my wall daily.
The Vision Board will be a place for me to visualize some of my goals, things I want to accomplish, but more important, post things related to my One Little Word 2014.
What in the world is One Little Word…you ask?
One Little Word 2014 is a workshop offered by Ali Edwards to help make your One Little Word a reality through regular activities.
The first step is to choose a word.
I chose:
I seem to be so stressed these days and if I can focus on Relaxing, I will find ways to reduce the stress.
I am still early in the process, but officially behind. I have not started the workshop activities, but I have already implemented a few of my own, not related to the workshop, to help. For example, I have started doing some yoga in the evenings and am scheduling weekly massages. I have also made a list of the things that contribute to the stress and have addressed, with each of them, what I could implement, change, give up, etc to alleviate the anxiety that is a direct symptom of the stress.
I don’t have the supplies, either, that are suggested by Ali for the workshop, but are ordered and on their way. Yay!
In the meantime, I plan to use the vision board as I begin my journey and will continue to use throughout this year.
As it relates to the One Little Word, Ali says:
You live with it. You invite it into you life. You let it speak to you. You might even follow where it leads. There are so many possibilities.
The idea is to focus on, live and breathe your word daily.
I won’t write daily or weekly as I did when I participated in the 31 Day Challenge. But I do plan to post my progress, aha moments, lessons learned, interesting activities, etc that have been of value here and there.
If you had One Little Word…what would it be?!??!
Go!!
Have you linked up at Share it Sunday yet? Be sure to do so as today is the last day for this week!
