I would suspect that as crazy as Christmas was for everyone, that New Years Eve is probably sneaking up on you, as it is me.  With that being said, planning a party doesn’t have to be that difficult, nor does it have to be done weeks in advance.

Now don’t get me wrong!

The more you can plan, the better off you are.  However, impromptu’s or last minute parties or gatherings can be just as fun and more important, successful.

Theme

While you don’t have to have the theme before you send the invitations, I do like to select as my first step.  Just helps me better decide what the invitations are going to look like.

Invitations…0ne spot for them, whether they are online or sent by snail mail.

Menus…these are definitely important…both Drink and Food.

Shopping Lists…again…both Grocery and Liquor Store

And then the last ones are to help round out a good party for entertainment and the children.

I will work on improving the look of these for next year and have them up much sooner than I obviously am this year, but for now, these should be great to use and guide you.
