Happy Sunday to everyone!
Its time for a Christmas Round-up!
I just cannot believe that Christmas is this close! Whew!
Are you done yet with your shopping and decorating?
No and No for me! I still have some shopping to do, although not a lot! And I do still have some decorating to do, although not as much anymore. So thats good.
But because it seems as though this year is a bit crazy, I am sure you can use some good inspiration. And as such, I have gone around to some of my Blogger Friends to see what they have posted.
Here is my Round-up of their items (along with a few from me as well). I hope that you find some great inspiration and motivation to finish out whatever you might have left to do!
Good luck!!
And enjoy!!!
To start off…as it seems to be cold all across the US…you need something warm to drink as you check all these great works of inspiration. So here is my Gluehwein Recipe that you just have to try!!!
Now on to the good stuff!
Emily from Two Purple Couches shows us how to create an Ornament Wreath. She has just inspired me to finish out my JOY Canvas Tutorial that I will be posting tonight/tomorrow morning. Very excited now. Check it out.
Need some additional Wreath Inspiration? Then stop by HeartWork Organizing by Darla and see the 5 Holiday Wreaths she created. I love the feathers so much that I wish I had some feathers I could use lying around. You will love what she has done!
Need a spot to fill on your mantel, buffet or anywhere else? You have to see Karla’s, from Huckleberry Love, Joy Display Tutorial. I love the Bell that she used as the “O”.
Still struggling with how to decorate your tree? Sondra from Sondra Lyn At Home provides you 8 Steps to a Designer Tree. I could have used this before I decorated mine last night!
Now that you have some ideas to inspire your new Tree Design, you need some decorations to adorn. Michele from Our Rosey Life has a fabulous Tutorial to show you how to make Homemade Canvas Nativity Ornaments.
Need some additional Ornament Ideas? Rachel from Lines Across has been highlighting Handmade Ornaments from her and various other bloggers. Stop by to see all that she has collected there for you. This one, however, is a highlight of one of hers…a Braided Wreath Ornament. I love this one a lot!!!
Thought we were done with Ornaments? Well you were wrong. One more to highlight. Whatever your Christmas Theme, there are enough ideas here for you. Lynda at Oh So Shabby shows us how to make some fabulous Vintage Ornaments.
Can’t forget some basic decor. Kelley from Miss Information shows us how to make these fabulous Mercury Glass Votives. And while learning how to make, check out her site and all the changes there. Whether you have been to her site or not, prior to her changes, leave her some comments and your thoughts as she would love your feeedback!!
And how about a great new Peace Wood Sign? Krista from the Happy Housie stopped by Uncommon Designs to provide a tutorial to DIY your own Pottery Barn Knockoff Holiday Peace Sign.
Getting a lot of cards in the mail already? Want a great place to display them? I show you how to DIY a Christmas Card Display. Its simple and takes little time.
And as you finish up your shopping and are buying your wrapping paper, you should buy the tools to make your own Christmas tags to personalize. Lauren from The Thinking Closet shows us how to DIY Washi Tape Christmas Gift Tags.
Don’t know what you need help with or inspiration for? Then stop by Gathering Branches by Marian and check out her Christmas Design from last year! There is surely something that will inspire you as she gives you a tour of her home.
Still need some more inspiration?
