I wanted to take you on a Blog Tour as I have Another New Design…

I hope this is the last design change for awhile.  Unfortunately this one wasn’t something I had planned, but it turned out good so I am ok with it.

My objective today is to show you around the site.  But BEWARE!!  There are still a lot of changes coming.  Not design changes as much as enhancements and additions.  I will update this post with them as they occur so that you can find your way around easily.

Lets talk about Theme.  Its not really new as I actually carried that one over.  

But I don’t know if you recall when the original Custom Design launched, it was an Outdoor Summer Theme.

 As August hit, I changed the theme to correlate with Back to School!

 The most recent and current theme incorporates Burlap.

Thanksgiving weekend I will change the theme to Christmas!  I am so looking forward to that as I love Christmas!!!

Now on to the Tour itself.

The Home Page is quite a bit different.  If you look in the above picture, you see my logo.  While I can add my logo to the header, I just wanted to get the site back up and running.  Look for that to be back (I hope) when I change to the Christmas theme.

You may not notice above, but there are fewer menu items, so I am still working on menu.

A couple of menu items that I was able to remove and include in the footer were the Disclaimer and Disclosure Policies.

I am also now able to include the Social Media Icons on each page rather than just on the home page.  Very exciting.

So again…there will be more coming soon such as:

• An improved Favorite Posts Page
• A new Partner Page
• An Online Store
• Ads to monetize
• Additional Pages to better organize the site
