Home Tour Welcome

Most Home Design and DIY blogs Post a Tour of their Home. Its like a rite of passage, I guess. While my blog is not just Home Design and DIY, I thought I would meet the expectation and provide my very own Home Tour aswell.

I will forewarn you though…my house is not yet complete. And most of the homes that you will find on other blogs have this glossy magazine type of look. Mine is definitely far from that. Its still a work in progress and has its own distinct style. But I am proud of what I have done thus far.

My thought was that I would highlight each area of my home in individual posts. Pictures would then be on the Home Tour page with a link to each of the associated posts.

Because I am doing so much each month, the other thought was that I would update my Home Tour in a few months again. But it is all dependent on when I start these projects as the big ones have yet to begun. Ha!! So stay tuned!

Most of the pictures were taken by my dear friend Sara Isola from Isola Photo. There were, however, a few pictures that we didn’t take that day for some reason. I had to take those myself. Unfortunately you will see some differences in quality. But we will get it right the next time.

I think you will truly get a glimpse of me and my style as I highlight most of the rooms. What you won’t see are the bathrooms, but you aren’t missing anything there. Maybe in the next set of pictures and posts.

Obviously this first one is to show you the front exterior.
