Over the Top Party Planning

By: denise designed

Yes! I am raising my hand. I have OCD issues.

As you know from recent posts, I have been planning Emma’s 4th Birthday Party.  Of course, it seems to be a bit Over the Top in the party planning . Look at this mess (decorations, paper products, etc)…

I have been sharing the food menu with you but that’s only a part of the craziness. Not only will there be an absurd amount of food, but it also has to fit with the theme “Under the Sea” such as…

And that’s not all but you have to have the right stuff to serve or display all of it.

On top of that, I couldn’t find the right tablecloths so I am dying them myself.

I still have printables to print, cut and stick on as well…

In addition…I only have the next 2 evenings to prep as much food before hand, put the giveaways together, finish the printables, label water bottles, get balloons done and who knows what else.  Whew!!!

I am usually fabulous at all of these great ideas.  And I do as much prep as possible.  But somehow I seem to not be able to execute in time.  So fingers crossed that it all works out.  This past Sunday I hosted a Baby Shower and for the first time…I was ready when guests arrived.  Oooooohhhh!  A bit scared.  Ha!

I can’t wait to show off the results of all the hard work.  Stay tuned!
