Summer time can be both fun, but overwhelming.
What the heck do you do with those kids to keep them busy and ensure your sanity remains in tact?
In Part 2, I will highlight some Summer activities for those moms who have a full time career that must work during normal business hours.
Part 1, however, is for those moms who can stay at home full time during the summer. And I am not re-inventing the wheel for this one, but giving you some great resources to find some fabulous new ideas.
Regardless of whether you have all day everyday or whether you have only pockets of time or weekends, having a Summer Fun Chart from The Crafting Chicks is definitely helpful and adds a bit of fun to your planning.
Or create a Summer Bucket List (loved that movie…The Bucket List) such as this one from Stacy Molter.
Or use the Calendar that you have hanging somewhere in your kitchen, office or on your Command Center.
But how do you fill that chart up or create that bucket list? Where do you go to get great ideas?
You can go to Pinterest and check out boards like this one: http://pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=summer%20activities%20for%20kids
Here are some specific sites that I think have some fabulous ideas though: http://www.spoiledbutnotrotten.net/2013/06/22-free-or-super-cheap-summer-activities-for-kids.html
